Section 01

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 123jl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines or another jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 123jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 123jl platform or had your account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

123jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 123jl may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on 123jl, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 123jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds or winnings associated therewith.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 123jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify 123jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

123jl is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to conduct identity verification on all registered Players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID) and any additional documentation requested by 123jl's compliance team. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

123jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based Players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit card transactions may also be accepted subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. 123jl reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 123jl aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses and Promotions

123jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only, and are subject to eligibility criteria set out in each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 123jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 123jl's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 123jl platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all 123jl games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under live supervision.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, 123jl's server logs shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. 123jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve interrupted game rounds fairly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game type, Player tier, and promotional period.
• 123jl reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on a game with a known technical fault, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 123jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the 123jl platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 123jl staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 123jl platform or its underlying software.

8. Responsible Gaming

123jl takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides the following player-protection tools, accessible from your account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 123jl platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected and will be processed within 24 hours of your request.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 123jl platform without prior written authorisation from 123jl.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if 123jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

123jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 123jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

123jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Section 12

12. Account Termination and Suspension

123jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive or court order requiring account closure;
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 123jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, subject to applicable law. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 123jl customer support.

Section 13

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 123jl's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 123jl will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14. Amendments to These Terms

123jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the 123jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
